Philosophy

child watching parents argueFamily law deals wih the most sensitive and crucial aspects of our lives.  When children are involved, they must be the primary focus and their best interests are paramount. The adults involved are or were in a relationship that touched their very core, and the deterioration of these relationships is traumatic and painful.

It is my philosophy that the best interests of the children must come first, and that all matters which deal with the relationships of the adults must be handled in a manner which enables the parties to proceed with their lives, causing each other as little pain as possible.

Division of assets, debts, child support and alimony are addressed with fairness.

In all areas, should an opposing party choose not to act in the above stated manner, an aggressive approach is mounted to assure that my client's rights and those of his or her children are protected.
